Capital increase  Investment offer 

Capital increase by share issue with the value of 1.000 Euro . The share can be nominative or non-nominative.

The offer starts on 01 December 2024 and ends on 31 May 2025, in order of the requests.

During the period 01 December 2024 - 31 May 2025, you can also invest in nominative or non-nominative BONDS with a value of 10,000 euro, with a maturity of 2 years and fixed preferential interest, guaranteed, 10% per year.

After May 31, 2027, for investments in nominative or non-dominative BONDS with a value of 10,000 euros, with a maturity of 2 years, an interest payable half-yearly of 7% per semester is offered for another 4 years.

Mărire de capital prin emisiune de acțiuni cu valoarea de 1.000 Euro . Acțiunile pot fi nominative sau non-nominative. Oferta începe la data de 01 decembrie 2024 și se încheie la data 31 mai 2025, în ordinea solicitărilor.

În perioda 01 decembrie 2024 - 31 mai 2025, puteți investi și în OBLIGAȚIUNI nominative sau non-nominative cu valoare de 10.000 euro, cu scadență la 2 ani și dobândă preferențială fixă, garantată, de 10% pe an.

După data de 31 mai 2027, pentru investițiile în OBLIGAȚIUNI nominative sau nenominative deținute de cel puțin 2 ani se oferă o dobândă plătibilă semestrial de 7% pe semestru pentru încă 4 (patru) ani.
